"Very clean rooms great bed. Breakfast was good but had better. But has browns were fantastic. They seem not to keep up even though not a lot of customers. Only Negative is the room needs Air Conditioning. "

"At first, we felt a bit hesitant since it was someone’s house and there weren’t any clear signs—we just walked onto the property. When we got to our room, it was lovely, though I was still slightly unsure because you could hear people in the main house, and I wasn’t certain about privacy or whether anyone could enter our room. However, no one did, and our concerns quickly faded.

"The staff at the hotel was so so lovely and very helpful. We were racing at Oulton Park and it was a hot weekend and they always filled my water bottle with lots of ice so I could stay cool. The restaurant had good food. For a very simple hotel I was very impressed with the staff and also how clean the room was. It's definitely not a super fancy hotel but for a quick drive to the track it's great."

"Looking quite tired now in some of the rooms and have had to report maintenance requirements in different on my last 3 stays.
Change of policy to not offer breakfast as part of a package without any change in price is sneaky and wasn't communicated at booking."
