"We could not connect to the internet, the refrigerator was filthy! It had some type of brown liquid inside it. Tiles were cracked. Closed the restaurant for repairs"

"I booked the room and paid in the app, I later realized that when I checked in my card was charged again. The guy at the desk asked for a $40 cash deposit, when I refused and asked for a refund and I would just stay else where he waived the deposit but made threats that he would charge my card for any damages. Barely any hot water for showers. There was a door to an adjoining room that was stuck in the open position. Nothing about our stay felt safe. When I told the guy at the desk he charged me again for the same room he laughed and shook his head yes. "
