"The property needs updating. We stayed for four nights, and during that time they never cleaned the room or provided fresh bedding. They advised me not to use Uber for a taxi, arranged one for me instead, and I ended up getting overcharged—£21 for a 5-kilometre journey. For the same distance, Uber charged me only £9.
There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged...
"The condition of the property is in no way the same as what is shown in the photo's and is extremely misleading. This hotel is completely run down in every aspect and hasn't been upgraded in about 20 years. This is not a place where you should be looking to stay for even a single night and should be avoided at all costs. I left after one night and will be looking for a refund on my full 3 night stay."
"Massive rooms, comfy beds, great service and delicious food. Close to town and lots of taxis available, and great for taking a boat from the marina to the many spots along the coast. "

"Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet. "
"We stayed here for one night. It is a small hotel but it’s lovely. Very central with great staff who were very helpful. We left our luggage whilst we explored like lots of other people! The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable, the room cool and quiet. Thoroughly recommend it. Taxis too and from airport were very expensive, I think we were ripped off! Catch bus instead if you can!"

Pula is a 15 min bus ride away - or €10 uber ride. Plenty to do in Pula but good to get back to the hotel, with its pool and easy access to the beach. "
"Second time staying here. Will be staying again. Love this place really good location for me and scuba diving. But what keeps me coming back is the friendly staff and good rooms. Supermarket on site helps. Lovely restaurants as well.

"First, perfect location - 5mins to the bus station (airport or other city), and 5mins from the Arena! Could not be better. Also, very quiet, not a noise a night, probably due to new windows. My solo-room was small of course, but with everything in it: functional bathroom, wonderful AC, mini-fridge, a desk, and a big chair for my open rollerboard. Outstanding friendly welcome and service through my stay, with guidance to good restaurants. Finally, breakfast included with a good selection of sweet vs. savory items. And coffee! Loved it! "

The staff were exceptional. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport.
The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh these tiny details.
The hotel is located near all the main attractions. as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, and more ice cream parlours than you can imagine.
I would certainly stay here again. "
