Waiting in line for dinners to have to come back in 1-2 hours. Dead lizard in room. Need more entertainment during the day.

The hotel is in a nice area of Nuevo Nayarit. Staff is always working to ensure you have a great vacation. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Air worked great and always hot water for a shower.

The resort was fantastic! The food was amazing, staff super friendly. Many visitors are repeat visitors, which says something about the resort. It’s kept very clean. Beaches are great.
