This is the nicest hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The views are amazing, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back.

We loved our stay at this RIU! Was our first time at their resorts. Super clean and cold room which was very nice to come back to after being in the sun all day. The staff were excellent and helpful whenever we needed assistance! Food was delicious, especially the Mexican restaurant.
