"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. "From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. "Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

"when we arrived at the reception 1st day no one said Ola or hello wich is very rude, no details no nothing speechless. The hotel is veryy dirty they don’t clean or change the beds and towels once in 3 days. We decide to stay from morning to evening round Puerto Rico, Mogan amazing place because we didn’t want to spend time at the dirty hotel"
