Tengo la impresión que era un buen hotel pero con la pandemia ha perdido mucho de su calidad, le falta mantención, grifería, pintura, etc. Habitación muy estrecha pero limpia igual que el baño.

El hotel no califica para 3 estrellas Primero que todo las instalaciones muy viejas, las camas son con marquesas de madera y crujen al más mínimo movimiento. La silicona del baño con hongos No tiene caja fuerte El piso del baño manchado por los años de uso El desayuno nunca fue buffet ya que entregan una bandeja con té o café jamón, queso,jugo, un huevo duro solo si llegas temprano El estacionamiento se reserva antes de la llegada y el valor de la reserva no es el mismo que uno tiene que pagar al final ya que en mi reserva decía monto total incluido impuestos y cuando llegue al hotel me lo cobraron a parte El check in no se respeta el horario tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que estuviera lista la habitación

En general bueno, buena relación precio / calidad, buen servicio y disposición del personal, buen desayuno, ubicación central; lo malo es que el hotel está alfombrado, es un poco antiguo y el estacionamiento es en fila solo para guardar el auto en la noche y por orden de salida.

hICE LA RESERVACIÓN, LLEGA A LAS 21 HORAS APROXIMADAMENTE, NO TENIAN ESTACIONAMIENTO, LA INTERNET CASI NO FUNCIONABA, EL ASEO EN LAS AREAS COMUNES ERA MUY DEFICIENTE, MANCHAS EN LAS ALFOMBRAS, MAL OLOR, LA HABITACIÓN, ESTABA MAL OLIENTE Y SUCIA. Nossa estadia era pra ser de 6 dias. No entanto ficamos apenas 3. Motivo de falecimento de familiar aqui no Brasil. O ambiente apesar de simples é muito limpo, cama confortável. O quarto e banheiro poderiam ser um pouco maiores. Café da manhã simples mas satisfatório. Perto de tudo. Fizemos tudo a pé na cidade.No momento em que informamos que teríamos que retornar ao Brasil foram de um atendimento impecável, cancelaram e devolveram na hora as diárias excedentes e nos auxiliaram nos contatos com Cia Aéreas e cancelamentos de hotéis em Santiago.

Staff are wonderful and helpful. Room is good sized and comfortable with a tremendous view! The location is walkable to downtown as well as the touristy Angelmo area, with countless shops, bars, and restaurants just minutes out the door. Also, the price a good value. The only bad mark is that the facility is aging. It needs a little renovation on decor.

Exelente todo impecable regio desayuno amables las personas en el comedor en recepcion ademas piensan mucho en el pasajero una gran experiencia, cama muy comoda linda vista ocupamos la habitacion 601 , desde el 1 06 2018 al 03 06 2018. Debo destacar y agradecer el servicio de custodia para cuando uno hace el abandono de la habitacion le permiten dejar en su custodia el equipaje para seguir disfrutando del viaje hasta que llega la hora del avion, eso con disponibilidad de tomar un rico y calentito cafe . lo repetiremos y lo recomendaremos gracias antupiren. puerto montt.

Bargain Price for Bargain Stay

This is not your white linen hotel, BUT it is acceptable. Bed is comfortable, room is turned down every day, breakfast in the top floor cafe is pretty cool. Bathroom and bathtub are really small but again for $50 a night I don't expect the works. Either way Puerto Montt is small destination and this hotel location I was able to walk everywhere and back. This is a step up from a hostel.
