Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Mitten der Natur! Tolle Gastgeber und es besteht die Möglichkeit viele Wildtiere zu beobachten. Der Ort eignet sich bestens um wirklich abzuschalten. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mehrere Nächte zu bleiben :-) Noch ein sehr wichtiger Hinweis: Die Zufahrt ist nur mit einem 4x4 Fahrzeug möglich.

The road up is bumpy but easy in little Suzuki SUV. You can get food delivered to your lodging from town. The site is actually surrounded by rainforest, not some then agricultural land. Wildlife and fauna everywhere and facilities are excellent. It is off grid so a/c went off, not power, at night but the ceiling fan was powerfully and we were very comfortable sleeping. I’m coming back.

Die Lodge ist wunderschön gelegen - ein richtiger „happy place“ - und die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn zumindest ein Frühstück angeboten worden wäre. Aber es wurde klar kommuniziert, dass man im Ort einkaufen kann. Sairo war äusserst zuvorkommend und seine Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend. Vielen Dank!

Lovely peaceful place in the jungle! Only the sounds of the birds, monkeys and insects. The cabin was very comfortable and the pool was refreshing. We especially liked the viewing platform for bird watching from a cooler vantage point. Zayro took great care of us!

Lodging was immaculate, bed comfortable. Zayro was very accomodating once he found me a quarter mile up the really heinous dirt road since there doesn't seem to be a reception area. it's a 20 minute ride in from the paved road on one of the gnarlier dirt roads I've been on and there is no food or drink once you get there, so bring what you need.

Stayed four nights. Lovely setting in the rain forest. The Cabin (turtle lodge, comfort bungalow) felt private. Sounds of the wildlife, wonderful. Nice deck overlooking the property. The manager Zayro was very friendly (along with the other staff) and helpful organising a tour into the Corcovado National Park. Room was much smaller than I expected (had to put my case in the bathroom) with a very basic kitchen, utensils and crockery (things such as a plug for the sink, a sharp knife, fish slice, paper towels all would have been handy as would a hook to hang the tea towel instead of the cupboard door handle) They provide salt, pepper, Olive oil and filter coffee. If planning to cook bring everything else with you. No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom basin, you have to boil water to do the dishes or make a hot drink. Reviews warned of the very bumpy 4.2km access to the property which we got rather tired of by the end of our stay. Puerto Jimenez is not that far but it is slow going because of the road. We did finally get a plug for the sink after two days. There is no reception area, communication with the manager is via txt.

The room was very clean and nice, although there was a big crack under the door so a lot of little critters could come in which was kinda cute with the exception of a scorpion that stung my boyfriend. Zayro was very communicative and friendly. The pool was also very clean and private which was great. My biggest gripe is the drive there is about 20 minutes of very bumpy off-roading which we were not made aware of. There is also no cell service on this road so if you get stuck with a flat tire, you may not be able to get help easily. Also, I believe they turned off our AC remotely since we left it on for a while. That was a bit irritating. other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. We were the second guests and I can tell you- this is going to be an upscale lodge so come now while the prices are still reasonable. The way there is a bit rustic so be sure to have a 4 by 4 and come during the day so you can see the nature while driving. You cant go wrong.

Definitivamente regresaremos ! Un ambiente desconectado de la ciudad , el lugar tiene todo lo que necesites incluyendo lavandería . Mantener un turismo sostenible no es sencillo, puedes notar que el lugar se esfuerza por llevar una armonía con la naturaleza❤️‍🩹 Zayro nos recibió muy cálidamente ✨ nos brindó información importante de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar en todo momento! Si visitas este lugar respeta la naturaleza y anímales de esa forma se mantiene un ecosistema sano :) recomendadisimo (Viajamos en moto por lo que no tuvimos problema con la calle para llegar)
