Nice staff. Everything you need. Great location near bus station for falls trip and Brasil street for shopping and cafes. A bit dated and could be cleaner but it works. Staff courteous and pool and patio nice.

Good hotel.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast time was chaos. Disorganized. It is a family hotel, so it is really noisy, lots of kids and teenagers around yelling in the pool and lobby area.

Not worth it. Run and do not book this place

1. The hotel staff treated you very dismissive 2. Place was filled with mold 3. The room was dirty. After we checked in we asked the cleaning person to go into the room as there were A. Toiletry wrappings still in the room B. No towels in the room C. Tables/night stands had a layer of dust. D. Literally the bathroom in general covered in mold and grime. 4. We asked for a matrimonial bed, we got twin beds. We had to go to the front desk to ask for that to be changed. They said they would fixed it. We went to dinner and it still was not fixed. 5. After showering the water was leaking out so our bathroom got semi-flooded. We asked for that to be fixed or change the room. They said it would be a quick fix… After coming form the iguazu falls all day… it was not fixed, it was still leaking. We asked for it to be fixed and changed from the room. They said they will fixed it. We went to dinner and our for a couple for hours. It was still not fixed. We demanded again to be changed from the room, we finally got a new room. They new room was less dirty but the bathroom was covered in mold. At all of this for on a 2 day trip. There was only 1 person that was nice from the staff. The rest was very rude and very “ugh attitude”. As we kept going to the front desk other customer where showing up for the same reason. The only thing this place has it’s the location but it is not worth it.

El personal 10 puntos , las instalaciones algo antiguas , mucho ruido , no sabíamos que era gremial , el desayuno muy bueno y completo , falta de wifi en los pisos , el lector de la tarjeta magnética tiene que estar al lado de la puerta del lado de adentro.

Hotel de forma geral é bom, mas o som dos corredores é bastante alto, as paredes são finas, sem isolamento acústico, houve-se muito o barulho do abre e fecha portas dos quartos. Localização muito boa, não precisa usar carro, bem próximo da feirinha. Café da manhã bom.

Hotel ruim!

Hotel antigo, sem cuidados como por exemplo torneira do banheiro soltando, banheira antiga encardida, cabelo grudado no azulejo, quarto e moveis em geral bem antigos, cheiro de mofo, nem papel tinha no banheiro, tive que ficar pedindo, o unico ponto possitivo é que fica proximo a feirinha, se não fosse isso acho que teria falido, quebra o galho mas o hotel é ruim!

Horrible atención

La instalaciones muy lindas y bien mantenidas, el personal de limpieza muy agradable pero el personal de recepción y bufet muy mal educados,cada cosa que preguntábamos o pedimos se respondió con mucha mala predisposición y mal humor como si estuviésemos ahí de prestados.
