"Staff at the property were very friendly and were always keen to help. Room maintained well and kept very clean. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room and the team were there to fix it in under 15 mins and checked back in later to make sure there were no issues. Best kids pool of any hotel we have visited. Pools generally clean and enjoyable to be in. We would happily return for a future holiday."

"Our stay was amazing. We had a great 1 bed superior room and were staying with 2 young children, they had single pull out beds in the living room. The apartment was spacious and really clean, the balcony was a great size. We ate in for breakfast and made our own lunch, superdino is just a 5 min walk from the apartments. We also ate in once. "Excellent location right close to the beach, promenade. Lovely grounds, swimming pools. Wonderful staff very friendly and polite. My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy "

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced.
