Place was really clean and staff was amazing. My daughter had left her AirPods and realized once we had arrived in Rio Dulce. I called to ask in case they found them if they could ship them as we would be in another town for the next few days. We had a call later that day saying they had found the AirPods and sent them via local mail the very next day. P.S the Piña Colada at the hotel is expensive but great. It’s a must try.

The view and location are absolutely great but service and facilities leave a lot to be desired. No hot water, no fridge, no safe, Average service but we sid get an early check-in after arriving early by boat from Punta Gorda.

They stay was nice we arrived about 15 minutes before check in and had to wait until exactly 3pm to start the check in process. They also provided a water jug with no water. Other wise the stay was nice and peaceful.

Villa Caribe is a nice hotel in a central location in the town of Livingston. We stayed in a standard room with a balcony overlooking the pool and water. It was clean and well taken care of. The shelves in the room are very convenient for travelers' items. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the little bar at the entrance of the hotel and spent a lot of time there - hi to Hazel and Tamara!! All the staff at the hotel were excellent. There is a big pool at the hotel and a small beach area with hammocks. There could be more shade at the pool area as the sun is very hot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
