"The situation of the hotel is amazing. Just across the water from the main harbour so you can only get there by water taxi. We loved sitting at the restaurant terrace watching all the marine life swimming by. You can also jump into the water by the hotel and go for a swim if you want to cool off. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, we couldn’t fault the service we received. Overall we would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora. "

"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."
