"We were surprised, the rating on Expedia showed 4.7 and this was our worst stay experience…. Something went wrong here. There are many nice places close by that had lower ratings and were much better in every way, sorry to say this. "

"This is a $40 a night property. It is beyond expectations, clean, private bathroom, daily room service, WiFi,refrigerator in the room. You can get water and fill your empty bottles from the owner. Be aware this is not a hostel but a small hotel. I see reviews of people complaining about these sort of places. They think they should get the ritz Carlton. It is also just 2 blocks away from the central square where the taxi let me off from the airport"

"This is a hostel. All you get is 4 walls, a door and a bathroom. It is near the ferry docks and in the middle of downtown. Great for island hopping. There is nothing to do in the hostel than sleep the night over. Privacy is limited, amnesties non-existent. "

"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning.
