"We stayed for only one night after a late incoming flight. Even on short notice they sent a driver who met us inside arrivals and had a sign with our name. It’s worth noting it is not all that close to the airport. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which had a great shower and was very comfortable. "The property is beautiful and absolutely worth the money. I did not give 5 stars because I attempted several times to contact the hotel ahead of time and again after I arrived at the airport. I never received a response. Fortunately the taxi stand rep contacted them for me -after quite a while - and arranged transportation to the hotel."

"I walked out and didn’t stay the night! The exterior was very poor the interior messy and not kept well, the room smelled of heavy perfume and the bathroom of sewage. The location was not as suscribes on the internet. Much further from the airport than what it said on the internet!! I was 100% disappointed! How can I get my money back from Expedia?"
