Pueblo Inn
No chair in room. Towels were threadbare. No water glasses. People in the next room were loud all night. Yes ALL night. With the tv volume on 10. Had a horrible stay.

The staff was rude, the young lady at the front desk when I tried to return the key cards just staring at me and not even said thank you. The coffee for breakfast it was just water, they admitted that it wasn’t proper made so they need to do it again.

They hide the pet fees in fine print, then want $20 each pet/per night. This doubled the cost of my room at the front desk while I had no other chose. Great way to sick it to the customers who have nothing else lined up. Also, the microwave in my room didn't work, the dead bolt on the entry door ...
