However, I'd advise sea shoes due to sea urchins nearby (our son stepped on one and needed to have them removed). The rooms were okay, but the hotel was a bit dated. "We loved it here and wish we had stayed longer! Lovely rooms, the ground floor terrace was a great touch considering we had no balcony. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Service can be a bit slow if you arrive past 9:30am, before then is great. Dinner was tasty too. Location is perfect and views spectacular. "Beautiful home on the hill with an infinity pool overlooking a private bay. This is a little piece of paradise outside the noise and the hustle and bustle of Hvar town, but only a 10 min drive away. The owner, Tony, is very friendly and accommodating and will drive you to town for 13 euros each way. It is about a 45 minute walk. Very secluded and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away or for families, but come prepared as there is nothing near by but 2 quite pricey restaurants. "
