"The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastry– nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge
if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator.

"Cute B&B in a great, walkable location. The owner was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC felt nice during the hot summer. The breakfast was good, we were able to try some of her homemade marmalade which was delicious. We parked right outside the city gate in a free parking space in the public parking lot but there was a lot of parking right near the B&B for 3 euro a day. Would recommend!"

"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"
