"il blocco principale della struttura e' sicuramente molto carino particolare in stile andaluso,il personale gentile e disponibile, purtroppo ci hanno fatto alloggiare in un blocco poco lontano , in un labirinto di case e cortili dove ci si perdeva puntualmente, inoltre la stanza era piccolissima con un finestra (direi lucernario) che dava con una grata in un pozzo luce il water (situato in una nicchia di 50 cm) e la doccia "inutilizzabili" . inoltre la piscina e la SPA erano chiusi per...

"It was terrible experienced we were charged over £400.00 for two night for 1 room for 2 people. The bathroom and toilet did not have good ventilation system and whole room was smell terrible. There was no kettle, no fridge, no coffee machine, no iron, and hairdryer was out of date. Please stay away from them."

"Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly. "

"Terrible experience. - First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable - Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff - Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly - No youtube on the smart TV - Same breakfast every day with limited options - Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined "

"Beautiful hotel with lots of antiques for decoration. The room was small, but very nice, had a beautiful carved wood ceiling, we were told the only one in the hotel. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. right in the middle of the old town so walkable to everything."
