"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Die Unterkunft war insgesamt ausreichend und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Leider war das Bett beim Aufklappen dreckig, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Zudem wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert und nicht nur ein Ventilator."

"The hotel is nice but located on a noisy roadway in a commercial area. I would recommend reserving a quieter room in the back of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even opening the breakfast room at 5:30 instead of 7 because of our early flight. Rooms are small but well-appointed. "
