"This place is amazing! We were greeted by Fransesco upon our arrival and he was the kindest and most inviting host I’ve ever had at a hotel. He brought drinks to us at the poolside along with homemade focaccia and olive oil made by his own family on this estate. Not only was it delicious, it was something I’ve never had another host do despite many years of travel. The other staff were equally kind and cheerful. "Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diverse criticità secondo me dovute alla poca attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Mancanza di tutti gli accessori per la 5° persona e soprattutto il materasso del divano letto non era più un materasso idoneo e si sentiva tutta la struttura del letto. Il problema che non avendo una reception per ogni situazione ho dovuto chiamare e devo dire che mi hanno subito risposto gentilmente cercando di risolvere il problema. I muri interni hanno molte crepe magari un rinfrescata...
