The room was nice but needed an additional trash can. View was beautiful with morning sunrise! Only drawback was the bed was so hard and uncomfortable I could not sleep. Breakfast was amazing! "I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...

"Great place to spend some time and go for the cities nearby (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Ragusa, Modica) as well as for tastings at wineries (e.g. Gulfi). The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt). The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax. The rooms are very clean and modern. Natalia and Pavel are great hosts, helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them. Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...
