"Very happy with the property and the staff. Only thing negative is you have to climb several steps to get to elevator from the lobby and there are no handrails."

"Very convenient location, I p minute walk from train station, easy check in. We forgot our key inside and contacted the host and he helped right away. Thank you!"

"Hermoso, centrico, excelente desayuno, amables, perfecto!"

"Excellent location. Lovely bright rooms. Shower in bedroom, not in bathroom (in case that matters). Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent rooftop deck, which was great for morning coffee"

"We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you very much!"

"Imponente habitación con privilegiada vista al mar en Polignano. Ayuda para todo: reserva de restaurantes, recomendaciones de tour, estacionamiento... conectados por Whatsapp en todo momento. Recomendadísimo!!!"

"Dino was a great host and only 500m walk to the beach great value I will return"

"The room is clean and comfortable with the nice views"

"Host Door not open/no show denied expedia"

"Difícil de ingresar , sin jabón"

"Fiorenza was so lovely and helpful, she met us on check in and check out. Gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The place was really nice and in a good central location."

"We never met anyone as everything was done via codes and through the Expedia app. We found it cumbersome to have to use the app to access the 3 codes every time we returned to the hotel. The tv didn’t work properly and the desk chair meds to be replaced. Good location"

"Good communication, the staff came and met us late at night to hand us the keys. We only stayed here for one night as a quick stop off but the room was really big, clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. There is also a shop across the road."

"Sabino was very helpful right from the start. Great communication. Very helpful. The entrance to the property requires attention, but with very clear instructions. Even I was able to get in without a hassle. I stayed at a one bedroom suite. Nice and large with good kitchen supply and microwave. I thought was great value A wide terrace. With panaromic views. The place was clean. I recommend this place. Thank you Sabino. I'll be back next year. Speak again soon."
