"Fantastic little hotel. Staff laid back and helpful. Lovely rooms with comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. Central location in ascoli. The breakfasts are incredible. Incredible. Only thing would be to get a up to date iron but I am nitpicking now. "

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel welcomed. She should have been the MANGER. "
