"This place was very comfortable for the 4 of us and the location was very convenient. We could walk to many shops and restaurants, and it is a 15 minute walk to the port. We rented a car to explore the island so having a place to park was important. Overall a great place to stay, clean, safe and convenient. Would stay here again. "

"The area is hard to get to but the staff is very friendly and helpful. There was no hot water while I stayed there and quite a few ants on the floor but overall ok for the price. I recommend renting a car if you stay here because taxis are expensive "

"Our family of 4 rented the 2 bedroom at Summer Residence from 6/18/25-6/20/25. The stay was wonderful. The front patio has a gorgeous view of the southern coast of the island. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC in both. The bathroom was large by Greece standards. This is a great option if you want to stay somewhere away from the bustle of the port area. If you’re renting a car or ATV, this is easily accessible and a short 10 min ride. I was nervous based on another recent review,...

"Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. "

The location is perfect because your central and close to the main town but in a quiet section where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend it 😊"
