"The elevator did not work. I had a lot of things so needed two trips caring my belongings. Another person told me that elevator is often out of service. When I left after one night,I wanted to ask for a partial refund, but I was about as far as I could be from the front desk and had already made two trips to my car on the stairs. I was already running late so did not have time. No excuse if they often have trouble. It should be working."

"Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. "The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."
