"We had to change the room twice. The AC was down on a summer day and the other room actually did not lock behind you as we thought, so we asked for a different room when they were not able to fix it. The height of the rooms is pretty low, its an older building."

"I recently had to get a new credit card due to fraud on my account. I had booked at Rodeway with the previous card, so weeks later when it was time for them to run the card, it was rejected. Instead of calling me to alleviate the issue, they canceled me with zero notification. I tried to check in very late at night and they had no rooms available and did not honor my reservation. This made for a very stressful, midnight contingency planning. The staff was neither sympathetic nor helpful."

"Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night.
