"The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again."

"The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. As the weather has been hotter this meant that the priority was much warmer. There was a balcony to relax on and they provided fans. "It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Comfortable Centrally located property"

"First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. The bed was above average for comfort and very clean. Parking is a nightmare and up a very steep hill, keep this in mind.
