Room was clean. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Big, comfortable room with plenty of lighting. Small divided bathroom (sink outside of toilet and tub) making it easy for two people to get ready at the same time.

No Cable the entire stay. Rather than offering a credit, bring in a DVD and offer a family movie night in the breakfast room.... anything at all. All the front desk said was " it's out in the area.... nothing we can do." When we checked in they said it would be 2 hours... Poor customer service.

We apologize for the interruption in the cable service as an accident caused the cable to be out to many cities. Luckily we all still had internet. On average the cable company usually gets it back up in a matter of hours however the damage this time was severe. We do understand the inconvenience this caused and hope this situation never happens again.

Really nice hotel, price point wasn’t too bad for springtime. It’s been updated, nice breakfast area, the selections for breakfast was nice & they allow you fill up a to go bag take with you. I found it to be quite & comfortable, clean. I will come back to stay. Family friendly hotel:)

This is a great hotel. We stay there when we visit our kids. It is located right near center of town. Prineville is a quaint country town.

Loved the room and environment but staff was not friendly, I went down stairs for some breakfast and the lady that was serving and threw me a face, if you don’t like the diversity then don’t work at the hotel.other than that everything was amazing !

This property is a little older but the staff and keepers try their hardest to make it awesome! Multiple times I saw staff cleaning up the exterior of the property and always cleaning on the inside. They were friendly and kind. Really impressed with this place. Nice rooms and the breakfast is AWESOME!

All staff members were very kind and patient. All staff members were observed doing tasks to keep the hotel and grounds looking great and making our stay that much better. Loved our room and the pool. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!

This hotel is in a great location for us. The rooms themselves, however. On our last stay we got very little sleep. We could hear every noise around us. From the super loud flushing, to hearing the neighbours cell phones going off at all hours of the night. When we stayed before, we did not have these problems. I don’t know if we will stay again. With our long drive home, and treacherous road conditions, you want good sleep.

Nice hotel
Very nice place to stay. Good location with an excellent restaurant next door. Bathroom fixtures need updating. Sink was cracked and tub had rust around the spigot. It all function fine, just not the standard i would expect. Housekeeping left an old bar of soap at the top of shower stall.

The Country Inn is by far the best hotel in Prineville. The staff is excellent and so is management, they truly care about the cleanliness of the rooms and property.
