"The staff at the hotel were helpful, and admittedly very busy because the hotel was full, but we encountered a lot of disappointing issues during our stay with the room and property. The entire first floor smelled like weed, the breakfast (that we paid for) was not great (eggs were rubbery), the sink in our room did not drain, and the entire hotel was out of towels. We booked a room for four and were only given two towels. We checked on this in the evening and were told we could get more in the morning, but by 9am housekeeping said that there were still no extra towels available. Finally, our room had a king bed and a pull-out couch bed, but there was not enough space to pull out the couch without hitting the air conditioning unit. I would advise others to avoid this hotel unless you get an exceptional deal. Otherwise it may not be worth dealing with the multiple inconveniences."
