"For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes Iโm an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service. However we appreciated the breakfast buffet which was so good and nice options. Beautiful hotel atmosphere, pool and designated lounge area by the sea. A gentleman was especially friendly and helped us with bags as we departed and waved goodbye. Lots of great food options and shopping near also. We miss Burgas and speak fondly of our trip. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a โfull-service spaโ, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations."
