"This stay was far beyond what we expected. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff was above and beyond helpful. They had recommendations and advice for every situation which helped us have a great time in the city. The bar and wait staff were also exceptional. There is even an actual alpaca in the courtyard (her name is Kiki) and it is so much fun to watch her antics. I would highly recommend this property. This experience was worth every penny!"

"My friend and I stayed here after completing the 4 day salkanttay trek and wanted to splurge a bit - this was the perfect place to be! I’m pretty picky with my hotels because I can’t shake the itch of all the people who have slept there before me but this hotel was so clean and comfortable, I didn’t think about any of that for a second. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast buffet is awesome (you can get a fresh to cook omelette which is a really nice touch). It’s well located and the court yard outside is really beautiful. It was really lovely to stay here!"
