"The Princess Royal was a lovely oasis. We had two rooms, one had been updated the other not. While the older room had a dent or ding, I would not fault it and it was still a high quality room that was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the staff and the range of options within the Process compound. A great family option or for a couples get away. "

"Set up high you get stunning views across Dubrovnik and the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The spa was great with a lovely indoor pool - unfortunately the weather wasn’t good for the outdoor pool bbt we had a thoroughly lovely stay. Would recommend and will be visiting again. "

"My daughter and I returned home last night after having an absolutely wonderful time at a beautiful hotel. The hotel was amazing, and we were thrilled with the quality of the breakfast and dinner that were provided. I am so glad we opted for the half board option, and I recommend that you do the same. Despite booking a basic room, we were still extremely pleased with the super clean and spacious room that had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music that was performed in the bar every night. The outdoor and indoor pools were both fantastic and added to our enjoyment of the trip. It took us just 11 minutes and 6 euros by Uber to get to the old city. Overall, we rate this city and hotel a perfect 10 out of 10!"
