"Go find out why this place is excellent. "

"Zu laut aber günstig"

"Worst hotel that I rent in my life. Simple like that. "

"Nice stay , very helpful staff . Clean , comfortable and safe place to stay in Phnom Penh "

"Brilliant villa in the heart of Phnom Penh. Very clean and safe, lovely pool and the most wonderful friendly staff. Can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back! "

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room."

"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"Still waiting for a refund as the property was locked up and no access even though we had confirmation, tried calling and the number is out of service"

"not the room i paid for dirty toilet had toilet paper in trash from other occupant no towels or amenities and came back at 2:15 and no one at the reception had to wait until 4;30 everything was padlocked in case of fire no one could have gotten out should be removed from expedia "

"please check, I got confirmation the night is all paid for but hotel said they have never received this payment, not just this night, all last 3 nights, please check and get back to me, I don't want to pay 2 times, please check what was wrong ,thank you."

"A quick stay here in the female dorm. The bed was clean and bathroom OK. The cleaning lady threw out my things and came in to clean very early each day. The hostel let people check in at all hours of the morning rather than wait until the designated check in time. Pool was very very loud with music playing until all hours. Neighbourhood had little in the way of food."

"Consider yourself as warned guys this is the worst place you can check in Phnom Penh lots of criminals on the streets and even the hotel management is bunch of a**holes who doesn't care about your privacy or needs. If you are with your girlfriend or wife never go in there guys it's not safe at all."
