"My trip at the baymont included myself, my 10 year old and my husband and his 23 year old. We absolutely loved our time here! The hotel feels clean and safe and welcoming - not the least bit pretentious. The staff was kind and treated my family and I like guests instead of numbers/filled beds. At no point did I feel like an inconvenience or like we put them out. I met nearly the whole cleaning staff it felt like lol they were all sweet as could be, respectful, professional, and above all - kind. We got a really late checkout without spending an arm and a leg for it - and they never banged on our door to wake us up. Parking and door layouts were very nice, and the elevators worked. Overall, the experience was absolutely top notch, the beds were comfy, the staff was absolutely amazing! Queens instead of fulls was my favorite thing after 7+ hours on the road! Their internet was good enough that i could work remotely without pulling my hair out. Hubby and I have decided this is going to be our first choice hotel for every trip to Erie PA"
