I like the historical features of the Grand Highland hotel. He kept everything as close to the original as possible. My room was quiet, and had all the features I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable in the bathroom was clean. I was not there for spending time at a spa, I was there for the environment of the area. It was safe and I feel comfortable as a single traveler

Really cute boutique hotel right in the middle of historic Whiskey Row. It was so nice to stay close to our favorite bars— no Uber necessary. We also loved the thoughtful little touches— light up makeup mirror and a white noise machine to help us sleep. We’d definitely stay here again.

I am going to be traveling up to Prescott for work a lot these next few weeks. I have stayed here previously, but this time around I was told that the continental breakfast is no longer available. I was hoping to continue to stay here because it is so convient and such an adorable place, but that is a game changer for me. Sorry to see the "free" food go.

The second night of our stay the new owners had a DJ in the court yard. The music was so loud we could not even be in our room. This lasted until 10:30 at night. This was our anniversary weekend and it was ruined by the new owners lack of caring about their customers. When management was told they apologize and told there was nothing they could do and this is what the new owners wanted. I wound recommend staying somewhere else. Maybe when the owners lose some money they will start to think about their customers and not trying to add a night club to down town Prescott. This was an amazing hotel when under the previous owners. Very sad to see a piece of history destroyed by new owners.

The property was small, but very unique if you like old historic buildings. Super clean and comfortable. Club foot soaker tub, sound machine, breakfast delivered to your room. Beware no elevator if that is a problem for you, but only 2 floors

Making up new excuses to visit Prescott for hotel
Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfy. The temperature was adjustable and the air quality was great. Super cute. Hotel offers free filtered water and ice, complimentary breakfast. My daughter has celiacs and they had gluten free options. Staff took my contact info to ensure If I left something behind, I'd get it returned. White noice machine and ear plugs were sitting on bedside table but not needed. Great location. I would absolutely recommend this place. Bed was comfy, water pressure was great, so many accommodations down to the littlest detail. You can tell the staff takes pride in their hotel.

Historic old property. Very rustic and cool place. Comfortable bed, pillows, towels. good air conditioner. It's right on Whiskey Row, within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Free parking in the parking garage RIGHT BEHIND the hotel. It was a GREAT place to stay.

This is an old hotel but with lots of history and charm. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The rooms are small but very clean with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect for seeing the sites!

Wonderful for leisurely stay
Perfect location on Whiskey row. Lots of nearby places to see within walking distance. Historic, beautiful, interesting building. Quaint. Only 12 rooms. Absent elevator could be a problem for some people. Stairs. All rooms are 2nd floor. Free parking across the alley. Old-fashion-style deep bathtub was a pleasure. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We took a chance on this booking because we normally stay at the larger, well-known brands (largely because we know what to expect for the most part). I liked the idea of staying right on Whiskey Row in Prescott in order to get a good vibe of the downtown area. The great reviews helped sell us on booking this. When we arrived, we were very pleased with what we found. the rooms all have themes and ours was very nicely done. Our room was small compared to the "normal" hotel room, but that didn't bother us at all. It was very clean, very well decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The included continental breakfast was top-notch. We filled out our menu choices the night before and indicated what time we'd like it, and they delivered right to our door at the specified time. Options were plentiful and very good. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay here and would definitely book this hotel again for our next visit to Prescott.
