Didn’t know renovations where and would be going on when I booked room, can here traffic below all night ,& didn't know there was a charge of 7 dollars per night for parking. Other then that rooms were nice & clean, breakfast they offered was good. Other then the loud noise due to constant road traffic & parking fee was a good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for our family, just sad we didn’t book a longer stay. Definitely recommend this hotel again.

We stayed here for a couple day to celebrate New Years and had a wonderful time! The hotel was perfect. First off, the property location was excellent. We were right in front of a Trader Joe’s so our first stop was to grab a couple groceries for our stay. Second, since the property was dog friendly we brought our pup so we could enjoy some hiking together with him, and I loved that the property had an area in the back for us to walk him around to go potty. We also loved that were able to Uber downtown for new years and we’re only about 10 mins away, and the following day only had to drive about 20 mins for some beautiful nature hikes. The property was very clean, we used the hot tub one night and it was great, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a huge plus! We absolutely recommend this place as a great stay and look forward to coming back here.

Was very disappointed that Residence Inn charges $5.00 each day you stay at their property additional after paying to stay there. Carpets in the room we stayed in were very dirty. Light bulb broken in fridge. We stayed here before 2-3yrs ago. Did not experience Any negative then. Won’t be going back to Residence Inn.

I was very impressed with everything. The room was very clean. No stains on the carpet and no mold in the bathroom. The free breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and loved the Christmas atmosphere, lots of little cozy places the sit and and just relax wether it be by the fire place or by the fire pit outside. The room was very nice and cozy with all the appliances you need. Highly recommend

This is a very nice remodeled facility. Only issue I had was I asked for an accessible room for my mom and their definition of accessible was a bar in the tub. If a person was in a wheelchair the bathroom would have been challenging. The tile floor is extremely slippery in bare feet. My mom was too uncomfortable trying to use the accessible bathroom. No bars at toilet area at all and you could not close the door without going all the way into the room and straddling the toilet. She wasn’t able to get a walker in there.

Thank you for your feedback and we do have several handicap room types in the property. I know you were asked if the room you were in was sufficient so we did not think we had to move you. We do have first floor rooms that have roll in showers and all rooms are big enough for a walker. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Prescott and hope to see you again soon!

We really enjoyed our room which was a studio. We liked everything except the noise. Our room, which was an odd number, faced the main road, and it was LOUD. We could also hear people talking in neighboring rooms, so our 2 nights there weren't very restful. We'd stay there again, but we'd ask for a room not facing the road.

Overall, very nice hotel.
Very nice accommodations, the rooms have obviously been upgraded nicely and are roomy. The only slight negative is the bathrooms, they obviously haven’t been updated. They are pretty small, so not sure if anything can be done in the future. Also, if you are on the highway side, you will hear traffic. So, one other upgrade would be new sound deadening windows.

This property has been remodeled and the furniture in the common areas is super nice and modern. The room was really spacious and comfortable! Friendly staff! Would recommend staying here!
