"Lovely people at a charming house with character, in a perfect location. Had a lovley balcony area which i enjoyed snacks. I was able to purchase some wine from the B&B. Everybody i encountered was lovely, including the super friendly black lab and white kitty. I will be back for sure! "

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! "The view of the space needle from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff and server at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were enough choices for breakfast. The airconditioning in our room was loud and ran every few minutes, although we did not check the setting. Using the elevator seemed confusing to most guests, thankfully we’re familiar with it but it would be nice if it’s explained better to new customers."
