"the positives: the grounds of the hotel are incredible & the view is second to none. The pool is great. The staff is friendly - although I didn’t see much of them. Sadly - the interiors are dated and furniture in the rooms is due for an update (there were tears in the couch upholstery in our room / very dated linens on a chaise). This property has so much potential - I’d love to see it get an aesthetic refresh. Also good to note - the wifi wasn’t reliable. "

Loved the hotel and gorgeorus surroundings, the pool area was stunning and we loved the wine pairing dinner which we thougg was excellent and really good value. Would love to return one day. "

"The staff were really helpful and friendly, it has its own free parking which is a great benefit and is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. However the part of the property we stayed in is a bit run-down and could use some updating. It worked for us (a

of 3) for the one night and I think would have worked for my spouse and I when we were fresh out of college. "

If you are looking at traveling to Florence, stop looking, you need to stay here. Stay at any other property and you’ve missed an opportunity to have a unique experience at an amazing place in Florence. "
