As for the price we regret that it was not adequate for you even though you received an up-grade in the Junior Suite even if you had booked a Standard Room with a garden view. Junior suite located about 5 meters from the wonderful beach you talk about.  The price you paid is what you chose during the booking and is perfectly in line with the hotels that have our category. All our team works every day to improve and assist all guests. We are not reporting from you either to our reception or to the Guest Relations department on the problem you encountered and we believe it is the result of your imagination. The pillow that you felt was not adequate, after your report to our Guest Relation was promptly fixed. We have never had similar cases and the Republic of Seychelles is not a country where similar cases arise. However, we invite you to contact expedia customer care to try what you are saying and show you that we don't think it's possible. Thanks for your attention and best regards.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and reviewing our hotel with your valuable feedback. We will consider all your suggestions, telling you that we are already working on everything to improve our service. Part of our rooms are villas with a common wall, even if not really connected one to the other: knowing that while you were on spot, it may could allow us to find an alternative solution in a more private situation. About the language, we have are providing our services in French, English, Spanish and Italian, but we are always working to improve our communication skills for guests coming from all over the world. Local dancers are coming once a week in a night that we dedicate completely to our hosting Country, starting from a typical Creole dinner to continue with a show made of local dances and a presentation of typical handcraft. Sorry if you lose the chance to see it ‘cause for sure you would appreciate our attention to the local tradition. We are providing also to the sea weeds: part of our staff is now completely dedicated to the cleaning of our beach, but always in the respect of the Seychelles’ law limits and nature itself. Glad that you enjoyed your hike in the unique and beautiful Vallee’ de Mai, we hope that we will have the chance to give you hospitality once more, to show you our improvement and give you the chance to appreciate more and more our Hotel and the beautiful Praslin island. Dear Guests, Thank you very much for taking the time to forward to us your feelings regarding your recent stay. We are glad that you appreciate our property and position right on Cote D’Or Beach, that as you said is rich in nature and plants which are offering natural shadow to our guests. We are very proud of our garden and about the fact that we don’t need any artificial beach umbrella to repair from the hard tropical sun. We decided also to support the ecological plan of Seychelles, that respects nature and that in many case is even not permitting any intervention like cutting takamaka trees present near the beautiful beach. About food service, we offering a snack-a la carte service from 11.00 to 14.30 to extend the chance of eating almost all day long (breakfast from 8.00 to 10.00, lunch from 11.00 to 14.30, tea time from 17.00 to 18.00, dinner from 20.00 to 21.30, with chance of sweet snacks from 10.00 to 11.00 and aperitif food from 19.30 offered both at the bar). Dinner time is also an occasion to create special atmosphere that we want to share with all our guests and that give us the chance to create special happenings to spend some time together.
