Prasat Bakong Business Hotels

The hotel staff gave us very positive impression by their courtesy and friendliness. The check-in was fast and smooth. Our inquiry was well attended. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This facility had a truly wonderful atmosphere. The guest rooms were spacious and relaxing, and the pool allowed us to spend a warm, comfortable afternoon. The staff were also friendly and gave us a warm welcome.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s fantastic location. Being only 5 minutes away from Pub Street and central attractions made it incredibly easy to enjoy the local scene. The friendly staff also provided great recommendations for places to visit nearby, enhancing my overall experience. For travelers seeking a central spot to unwind and explore, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Three days of conference in this hotel. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

We were bowled over by the friendliness of the hotel staff from the pick up at the airport and throughout our 5 day stay, at meals and when requesting help from the front desk. The hotel location was ideal, not in the busy part of town and yet only a 5 minute walk away. Our poolside room was comfortable and the saltwater pool was fabulous. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

Free pickup from airport went smoothly and the staff very helpful. Our room was perfectly clean and huge, everything works perfectly fine, because our flight was at 20:00 but we checked out at 12:00, They kept my luggage also offered the shower after we came back from the city for the last time.

I would give this hotel a 6 star rating. It was a great stay overall! Definitely will choose the same hotel for my next trip there! The staff were friendly and helpful. They even suggested places to find good local food. The spa treatment was awesome. Really left me feeling relaxed after the massage. The “pool party” daily was fun! Had good drinks options. The only suggestion I would like to make is to have more local food on the room service menu so we don’t have to leave the hotel on a rainy...

We had a wonderful time at the Angkor Elysium - 5 star experience from the very beginning. Starting by the included Tuk Tuk shuttle (which was always fun), we arrived 15 minutes later to the hotel to an aromatic facial towel and free drink, which were great. The lobby area, dining room, large, beautiful swimming pool (complete with a full bar) and spa rooms are all top-notch. Our rooms were incredibly spacious too, and very stylish. After 2 months in South East Asia, this has been the best...

The staffs are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and so warm that made us like at home. The hotel provided with complimentary one way airport pick-up as well as tuk-tuk service drop off to city per day. This is a very good service gestures! Thanks to Cheata, Mr. Nga, Lida and the rest of the staffs. We will wish to come back again. :) see yah!
