"First, Praiano DOES NOT get the attention it deserves. SECONDLY, Hotel Pino was our 4th leg of our 3 week dream Europe trip and the staff at this hotel well exceeded our expectations by far! Every hotel should take a page from their book. I have to recognize Rosa who was SO amazing even before we checked in to our hotel! She handled transportation from Amalfi to our Praiano hotel without hesitation and while it was truly was not her responsibility, our Amalfi hotel did not want ro be bothered but she took it on SO gracefully and from the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile and the rest of the staff did the same, every single day. We even left an important item behind at our Amalfi hotel and Mario went out of his way & off working hours to pick it up & bring it back to us. What a selfless act of true kindness. My husband and I had a couple of days we felt sick and Rosa arranged a reservation at the restaurant hotel with a personalized chef specialty who made just us..delicious, healing soup! The restaurant staff was the cherry on the top. From greeting us, to recommending the best dishes to the absolutely gem of a gentleman who sang, hugged, smiled and genuinely lit up the restaurant. If you are considering Praiano, Hotel Pino deserves to be a HIGH consideration! Thank you to the entire staff who made Amalfi such a positive, memorable and wonderful memory!"
