A friendly lady receptionist whom allows me to checkin early though the checkin time is 3pm. It helps a lot when you are in winter time. Will recommend my friend to stay this hotel. Thank you.

Great staff, close to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and we didn't even have a chance to check out the spa. Would we stay again? Already planning to stay there again but for a longer visit next time. Can't wait!

We stayed here with two adults and 2 teenage boys in the room for 4. This hotel is extremely clean and uncluttered. The burger restaurant was also great. We are in the outdoor garden area which was also very well manicured. The owners and staff obviously gave pride in their business. 15 mins or less to the airport from Uber was super easy even at 4 AM for a 6 AM flight. Only complaint is no elevator to all the upper level rooms. Small issue for us. Beds were also very comfortable and the bathroom was super spacious and spit shine clean. We stayed at the 4 seasons in Prague which was a very expensive hotel. I would have preferred this place over a fancy marble shower that sprays water all over the bathroom because it had no door- stupid.

Nice room, noisy music played very laud on private activities. the restaurant had a private party and refused to make dinner for us.. Not recommended this hotel at all :-(

Read before booking. No AC. Inconvenient Location
The hotel is definitely not a 4 start hotel, at most 2 star. It does not have elevator to the room and there is no AC in the room. The location is far away from major public transportation. You need a car. I wish I had read other guests comments before I booked it.

I am sorry we were not able to satisfy your needs. There is a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel and you can reach city centre in about 20-30 minutes. Yes, there is no AC is in rooms, but it is mentioned in our profile.

The bar staff were rude when asked a question about the room. However the 2 gentlemen at reception dhring the day were very helpful and tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Nice stay
Nice place close to airport in a quiet part of town. Good food and beer along with friendly staff. Only complaint would be the hard mattresses.

Location was perfect, very quiet and close to the airport. Hotel nice and clean. Everything ready for us and our baby.. even the baby crib. Just the hotel restaurant service wasn’t that good. We were happy and will definitely come back.

The service was OK. The room was generally speaking OK, but a little smaller than I expected. 2 large suitcases, and the room is... Pretty much blocked. Tiny TV (probably the smallest flat-screen TV I've seen) and Wifi had a weak signal, even though the router was right in our room. I have a new Galaxy phone, so that can't be the problem. Other than that, there were beers in the minibar, for a normal price - which for me is a plus. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel close to the airport. It had parking, it was clean, it had on site food and breakfast was included. The property staff were helpful. Less than 10 mins and an easy drive back to the airport.

Great family stay
Great hotel- had the room with 4 beds which was great for a family. Easy access to PRG airport and the breakfast was really really good. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and solid restaurant downstairs. Will stay here again!
