The apartment building is conveniently located less than 5 min walk from old town square. We are in one bedroom Apt #33 (Goldilocks), large bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in bathroom. We will stay here again if we are back to visit. Uber driver couldn’t drop us off in front of the apt due to pedestrian area.

Charming perfect stay!

We were SO happy to have not only a separate bedroom space but a separate powder room as well! The space is so charming and unique. The location was incredible and we appreciated the safety and quiet. The washer/dryer was a bonus too!

Great value for such a large apartment in the middle of all the action in Old Town. The Clock Tower was literally around the corner. Very convenient location to safely store our bags before our late afternoon flight. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in the heart of Old Town!

We loved this apartement in the heart of Old Town. The unit was very clean and spacious. We had a hard time finding the place since the name was not on the door but it was perfect...like a secret passage. There are pictures on how to find it and should have reviewed those first. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly supplied. We looked forward to coming "home" each evening.

Brilliant appt in old town

Brilliant appt in the heart of the old town. Everything is mins away and all conveniences are at your doorstep. Coffee shop, chimney cake, supermarket right opp and exchange next door. Uber can be booked to a location just 100 mtrs away. The studio appt was wonderful. It’s huge by European standards and well maintained. Well equipped for a short stay but u have to get washing pods and tea/ coffee by yourself. Sufficient linen provided Service is decent. Our kettle was not working day 1 but was never replaced. No email or WhatsApp given to connect if there is an issue, only a phone no which may not be convenient for tourists. Tip: the appt name is not written anywhere but the geolocation takes u to the exact place.

Location of this property is great, you are in the middle of Old Downtown Prague, 2 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge. Lots of options to dine and shop. Since it was winter we were really close to the Christmas Market located in the Plaza right by the Astronomical Clock which was wonderful. It was a little bit noisy at night since the street bellow is pedestrian and very busy. Important Note: There in no front desk at this property so it is extremely important to do the online check in before you arrive, otherwise you will not be able to get in. There is a phone you can call and will be answered but you will still have to make the online checking to get your access code, and doing it from your phone which might not have a really good connection can be tricky. So I strongly recommend doing it before you go so everything runs smoothly.

Huge wonderful apartment if you don’t need sleep!

The property was big and beautiful and clean! We loved the space and the location in Prague…until it was time to go to sleep. Only issues were that it was incredibly loud every single night in Apartment 12 “Golum”on the first floor. Impossible to sleep since people partied till 3am in the street outside and the bars behind and workers started loud construction on the shops below and dragging metal across the cobblestones at 6am. So unless you can survive on 3 hours of sleep a night…find someplace else! Or bring lots of ear plugs! Also the keypad only worked part of the time and the internet speed was very slow most of the time. Unless you are working and not sleeping from midnight to 3am when the speed is ok and then everything is perfect!

Great Location; Subpar everything else

Pros: - The location is awesome. Right in the middle of Old Town Square. It has great proximity to everything you want to do there. - Security: With the digital lock etc, the place is as safe as it can get. Cons: - Road is not accessible to taxis. So, you have to carry your baggage through the street after drop-off. - No laundry facilities. - Cleaning service is extra and not done unless you stay more than 5 days. With the minimum towels etc provided, the place can get dirty fast. - No reception as it exists in a block away in another apartment building. - Poor hospitality in the reception. Both the ladies in the front desk in the other building were least helpful, even for typical questions like tourist map etc. Could be a bit of racism or snobbery, but without judging too much, they were just bad as receptionists. - Kitchen: It comes advertised as a full-equipped kitchen. That is stretching the definition. It is just a corner with an induction stove and hardly what one would call an equipped kitchen. - Cleanliness: Average. With things like old dustbins with faulty lids etc. Would I go there again? Yes, but to a different building/apartment in the same neighborhood. Summary: Overall, keep your expectations to a minimum in terms of quality of accommodation. And enjoy the location and its proximity to everything Prague Old Town has to offer.

Great apartment, very close to main public transport options which are within a 5 minute walk. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the Cinderella suite which is one of their smaller rooms but it was perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay here again.

We had there independent adults in the party and this property provided exactly what we needed - air conditioning in every room, - small kitchen complete with cooking utensils, refrigerator and dishwasher, - a washer/drier in one of the bathrooms - 2 very comfortable quit beds and one sofa bed ( that was a little outdated) The place was very clean in a convenient location With elevator in the building We would love to return to this place next time we are in Prague.

Centrally located and close to all that is needed. Major drawback if travelling as we did in August is the heat. The apartment is more than adequate in size. Easily sleeps four with a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The hot weather is a killer since there is no AC. Large windows are great but so is the great noise from the street. No AC is the major flaw otherwise I would give it a5
