Great place

Good location. The place was very clean and organised. The staff were very helpful. The only problem was the shower which did not work ( the hand free shower) and the shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom so when taking a shower the entire bathroom gets wet. It is a design flaw.

A new, stylish and comfortable apartment, as are most Homely Place apartments in which I've stayed. Despite being a new building, there were maintenance issues: the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. The showerhead (rain shower) had many of its pores clogged and therefore splashed water sideways. There was nowhere in the shower to put a soap bar except on the floor. The kitchen was well-equipped but no towel. A very good stay despite those little annoyances. Homely Place have 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out times, so be sure this works for your schedule. They email you at 3 PM on the day of arrival with the apartment number and door codes. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested with an extra charge. Bag drop-off can be done only at their office which is at a different location.

Fin lejlighed med dejlig stor altan med sol om eftermiddagen. Dog kunne udsigten have været bedre. Velfungerende badeværelse Kun 5 minutters gang fra centrum. Eneste større minus var, at det var meget vanskeligt at finde lejligheden

Przyzwoicie i bezproblemowo ale…

Bezproblemowe, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Można powiedzieć, że całokształt jest dobry jak na polski standard. Jednak mam kilka uwag co do stanu np drzwi wewnętrznych w apartamencie - są one pourywane lub naderwane. Nie zamykają się. Z klamką w drzwiach od łazienki również trzeba się siłować. Łóżko w sypialni ma max 160 cm szerokości (bądź mniej) i długość tez jest chyba mniejsza ok 190 cm bądź to łóżko metalowe z prętami w nogach sprawia takie wrażenie. Jak ktoś ma 180 cm wzrostu, to chyba nogi między prętami mu wystają. Internet niby jest, ale nie działa w salonie w apartamencie nr 15. W telewizji też nie ma internetu. Brak korkociągu w apartamencie. Zapach mebli i sofy w salonie raczej nie zachęca.

The smell coming from the sewer system in the bathroom was terrible. The breakfast, even prepaid, did not arrive at all one day and another day came with delay. I had already left. The parking at the basement was convenient.

Superb apartment. What a great place to stay in Poznań, Poland. Stayed a week for business and was able to work from the apartment with excellent WiFi instead. To attend meetings around the city access from the property is amazing. The apartment is just a stones throw from the old market square (Stary Rynek) in Poznan’s old town. Very easy to get to anywhere in the city via tram (małe garbary) or Uber (10-30zl, £2-6).

Lovely stay in Central Poznań

We stayed in the two-bedroom Lofthouse apartment, a stone's throw from Stary Rynek. The location is wonderful; a three-minute walk has you right in the centre of town there are countless fine eateries and bars nearby, Ostrów Tumski is also on your doorstep and there are several bus and tram routes passing the front door if you wish to go further afield. Check-in is self-service and we received very clear instructions by email which were easy to follow. The apartment itself was well-equipped and very nicely finished and the proprietors provided a travel cot and a high chair for our fourteen-month old child for a small fee. The property has an extensive balcony, although it was too cold for us to get much use from it. Beds were very comfortable although curtains did not really keep the light out of the bedrooms, if that's a consideration. All appliances were very modern and worked well. WiFi and smart TV also worked fine.We requested a taxi with a baby seat to ferry us from the train station as our train arrived quite late but they were unable to find one for us; however they did provide a number for a very efficient taxi firm which we used to get to the airport on our departure. We had to improvise with the baby! Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend to anyone staying in Poznań .

Great place

It was an incredible good experiences to stay with Homely Place. Prior to the stay I received a very helpful video on WhatsApp describing how to enter the building and find the parking lot. I had a smooth communication with Homely Place throughout the stay via WhatsApp and was able to make nice adjustments the same way. I'm sure I'll use Homely Place next time I visit Poznań.

Super beliggenhed.

Dejlig lejlighed, ligger meget centralt og nemt til restauranter og bylivet. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 store børn, børnene brugte sovesofaen, det fungerede perfekt. Der var rent, og lejligheden havde en god størrels. Vi havde en fin lille altan, hvor der var plads til Max 3 af gangen, hvis vi skulle sidde. Kan varmt anbefale stedet til andre.

I've stayed at several of Homely Place's apartments and they are great. "Mandarin" was no exception, it is clean and nicely laid out and furnished. And quiet as it faces away from the street. This was my first stay in summer and as I suspected - the lack of air conditioning in 35-degree days was very unpleasant. It wasn't possible to have the windows open at night because of swaths of flying insects. So half a point off for that. :-)

Overall is very good. Great hosts - fast and helpful answers, no surprises, easy check-in and check-out. Good location. Just outside of the old city in modern and clean building. Pleasant design and enough space. I will probably book again. The downsides - almost no amenities and they are not renewed. Buying soap and toilet paper is not a thing I expect to do on vacation. There a lot of construction works near and during the day it gets quite noisy.

Great apartment at a great location. Good communication with the operating company. Clear instructions for self-check-in. Ample coffee and tea provided, but only a tiny hair/body wash bottle, enough for one use. One set of towels per occupant. Soundproofing not too good so some noise from traffic on the busy road was always in the background. All in all it was a good stay and will gladly stay here again.
