"Knowing this wasn’t a 5-star hotel, our expectations were low. We arrived here at the end of a week-long travel and were surprised at how this was the perfect stop for the night before our flight from Liberia. While the housekeeping could have been better—there were a few inconsistencies with room cleanliness, mainly our bathroom & shower walls and restocking the in-room coffee with pods. What truly stood out was the Star Class butler/concierge service. Henry, our butler, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—from reservations to special requests—and was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His level of service really elevated our entire trip and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The resort itself is nice and friendly staff, good food options, and a fun atmosphere. Special thank you to Henry for making our stay unforgettable—I would definitely return because of service like his!"
