"The staff was friendly, courteous, and thorough. My only complaint is the room smelled like a soda can full of cigarette butts and there were cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Everything else was clean, tidy, and functional"

"Close to Chippenham hospital so I stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. There was some yelling outside on my first night and someone knocked on my door a few times in the middle of the night which freaked me out but I ignored it. Overall, place was clean and quiet (aside from the first night) and worked out nicely. "

"The location was a bit sketchy. Lots of truckers and "lot lizards" at night time. The room was not super clean. Comforter had a cigarette burn. The toilet needed to flushes to get anything down. The TV didn't work."

"It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. "
