"The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. Also, the room was suppose to have a hair dryer so I didn’t pack one. When my husband requested one at the front desk, he was told they were all out. I followed up and was told the cleaning staff would have to check each room for one which they weren’t going to do. "

"The power was out for a majority of our stay. The room was dirty and the staff was rude and very unhelpful."

There were blood stains on mattress cover, Floor hand been swept in a long bit , around the wi fie the were dead bugs and dirt in the wi did seal as we as the floor. Stuff stuck to my feet. Night stand hadn’t been cleaned for quite a bit. The cost of room from hotels.Von was $144 +, my tr pit from hotel Was only for $100.34. Huge discrepancy? Of this is the up charge for using hotels.com I will No longer be using them. $40 is a huge difference and for the quality of room was way too much To be on the fair side, hotel is in mid renovations . Howe er, still no ex use for lack of cleanliness in the rooms. "
