"We were allocated a disability room despite being able bodied and booking months ahead. That was not a problem initially as it was just 1 night. When I went to shower we found the shower head was not held by the clamp and very low. It would not stay in shower position. My hubby held it for me so I could shower. The nozzles were spraying sideways so I went to rub the silicon to straighten them but noticed the shower head was covered in a brown substance. It was nasty. I requested to be moved....

"Place is new or recently remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. Rooms include a kitchenette that we did not use. Breakfast is ordinary self-serve and got the job done."

"The room was good, and I liked the fact that the sink is outside the washroom. Hotel location is near the airport but is not walkable to other places, such as shops and restaurants. Most places are about a mile away. Breakfast was really robust with scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes and French toast. There were also lots of cold items - a great selection of everything."

"Upon attempting to check in Rosewood, I mentioned to the GM a discrepancy in a receipt from my previous stay and my expected deposit returned. The GM agreed there was a mistake on the company’s end and tried to explain what happened. "Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."

"Cozy hidden nooks, fabulous gardens, surprise out buildings, comfy porches, and a relaxing soaking pool on a well preserved historical property make this a fun getaway. Fluffy robes provided to use going to and from the pool are a nice touch."
