It was a small boutique hotel a little old but clean. Walkable distance to the city center and hot springs. Parking on site. The owner was vert attentive to our request. We stayed only one night and liked it.

Considero o preço demasiado elevado para as condições apresentadas. Acrescendo o fato do pequeno almoço não estar incluído na diária paga. As condições de higiene não são boas, o meu filho que sofre de rinite alérgica, não dormiu bem pois espirrou e tossiu toda a noite. A reserva não correspondeu ao contratado, uma vez que efetuei reserva para 1 adulto e 2 crianças, e o check in apresentava apenas 2 adultos.

Awesome hotel with reasonable price

We paid under 100€ per night (including breakfast), which made us expect average hotel, but there was a huge clean room waiting for us. The landscape from the balcony was very nice. Btw the meals in hotel's restaurant are big. I liked that.

The staff are great and very friendly. The location is also wonderful as it is only a 10min wall from the hot springs in dona Beija and terra nostra. The hotel is nice and clean!

Great stay

Amazing view from the room, quiet and peaceful. Dinner was amazing as well. Shame that breakfast was not included in the price and was not very good.

Hôtel qui pourrait être beaucoup mieux, côté service et offre. Aucun savon/shampoing dans la salle de bain. Personne à la réception à l'arrivée. Il a fallu demander à quelqu'un au restaurant pour qu'elle trouve la personne pour faire notre check-in. Une employée du restaurant n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là: aucun sourire, ne salue même pas les clients, ne répond même pas aux salutations des clients. Les lits pourraient être plus confortables et les douillettes, modernisées. Je n'ai jamais été capable de me connecter au Wifi. L'hôtel est bien situé.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

El hotel tiene buenas vistas pero huele a humedad. El primer día no había agua caliente por la mañana y el segundo se fue la luz. Fuímos a recepción y la chica no mostró demasiado interés en disculparse. Las camas son muy incómodas. Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Vraiment pas terrible.Nous sommes arrivés, personne à la réception...nous avons fini par trouver une jeune fille qui ne trouvait pas notre réservation. On nous a donné une chambre malgré tout, avec des tâches d'humidité , de la peinture écaillée sur la table de nuit et une salle de bain vétuste et pas très propre. Pas assez de place de stationnement pour tous les clients. Les deux points positifs de la chambre étaient le lit et le balcon... A ne pas recommander

Nous avons été déçus de cet hôtel au regard des commentaires Nous avons pas eu la vue sur la vallée La chambre était très humide Douche qui fuit... Nous avons prévenu la réception qui n'a rien fait pour réparer la fuite Le petit dej se présente sous forme de buffet mais vraiment pas terrible. Il vaut mieux aller prendre le petit dejeuner en ville qui est bien meilleur et moins cher Bien pour dépanner mais pas pour y séjourner longtemps en résumé.

Séjour de plusieurs jours à l'hôtel vista do vale

L'hôtel est propre et calme. Nous avons eu une chambre au 3e étage sans voisins à côté et donnant sur la forêt. La chambre est petite mais confortable. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes de marche des bains chauds et du centre de Furnas. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix.

Clean hotel friendly staff only 2 working to the whole time we were there. Rooms need updating old key locks on the door room smelled funny, like old wood. Bedding was old dated. No signs for the doors. Country side so you hear every dog bark all night long and the trucks honking there horns every morning selling food on the streets! Paid little extra for mountain view when the hotel only has one side that is mountain view. Extra money for breakfast which i wasn't awear of.

Très bonne adresse dans une très belle vallée

Hôtel un peu ancien. Mais de très bon confort. Grande chambre calme. Très belle vue du balcon. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Petite piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée, la météo ne s'y prêtant pas. Grand parking. Bon petit déjeuner et très bon accueil.

Good basic b and b

This is a basic b and b but it is in a good location with great views. Breakfast was better than expected and maid service every day. No tea orcoffee making facilities in the rooms. Value for money in a pricey Furnas.
