"The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. "The hotel itself was nice. Nothing fancy and just what I expected. The issues we had were within the room itself. The bathroom was tiny and could see mould/where mould had been and as it was so small, kept knocking an already wobbly shelf. The room was clean and inviting, though the beds were very creaky and uncomfortable which resulted in constant back ache. Would definitely come back if the beds and bathroom issues were resolved"
